The study recommends brands understand and perfect the use of the business version of these platforms, both Meta Business for Facebook, WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business , as long as they require having a professional profile in their business, with a catalog and channel. communication officer. TikTok stands out, with just a few years of existence it is already in third place among the most used social networks with 71%, a figure that surpasses Twitter at 55%.



Instagram is the preferred social network to follow brands

Instagram (45%) is the social network most used by Mexican consumers to follow brand accounts and find product information , in second place in this category is Facebook (44%, in third position is Pinterest (31%) , the fourth and fifth positions are for TikTok (28%) and Twitter (24%), respectively.
